Philosophy
Château Ollieux Romanis belongs to the Bories family since the end of the 19th century. The local grapes, selected for their identity, are vinified and aged to make the purest expression of the terroir. The right balance between fruit extraction and freshness is sought on all vintages.
Terroir
This family estate is located on the south-eastern slope of the Pinada Massif, the cornerstone of the Boutenac terroir. The harmony between Mediterranean red soils, maritime inputs and the north wind, gives the vine a perfect balance.
Yannick
Ingénieur Agronome de formation, il joue un rôle fondamental dans l'élaboration et la recherche de technicité constante de nos cuvées. Il intègre l'équipe du Chateau Ollieux Romanis en tant que Directeur Technique, il y a maintenant 8 ans.

Pierre, enfant des Corbières, reviens au terroir dans les années 2000 avec une idée en tête : créer des vins sincères et naturels, préserver son terroir et le faire grandir. Aujourd'hui, c'est toute une équipe d'artisans qui croit en ces convictions.

Loic
Loïc est arrivé dans l'équipe il y a 15 ans. Avec sa passion et sa force de de caractère, il a fait grandir le Château Ollieux Romanis.
Depuis 2012, Le Domaine du Champ des Murailles constitue un nouveau terroir et un nouveau défi, qu'il valorise aujourd'hui en France et à l'export.
