Terroir = Climate + Soil + Know how
From the feet of the Black Mountain to the foothills of the Pyrenborn, the terroir of "Corbières", which presents plural and singular expressions, allows us to create unique wines, which represent us.
At the crossroads of the "Cers" (North Wind) and the "Marin", implanted on clay-limestone soils, our vines benefit from an exceptional terroir allowing them to expect a fair maturity in an optimal way.
We create complementary wine ranges, offering a complete view of the terroir and its potentialities.

Recreate a natural ecosystem and act in favour of the return of biodiversity: grazing of a herd of sheep, work of aeration of the soil, crushing and burial of the branches...
Preserving the natural balance and adapting the cultivation techniques: planting density, yields of 35 HL/HA on average, work of plots according to their typicities, support on precise meteorological data...
Our working guidelines

At the end of the years 90, the herbicides were abandoned on the plots, and replaced by mechanical tillage.

Cultivated six times a year, the vines receive an organic amendment.

We produce our own organic compost, which we spread on our vines to guarantee soil fertility, stimulate biological activity and improve soil structure.
Our commitment to certification comes naturally to prolong our partisan and sincere approach. This conversion to organic viticulture , we realize it as a team, to find the right match between our values, our technical itineraries and our know-how.

Accuracy and aromatic
Vinifying grapes whose maturity bears the identity of the terroir and calling into question the systematic use of techniques and inputs: this is the goal of the Artisans Partisans.
A large part of the harvest is carried out manually with a double sorting in vine and in the cellar.

Nature Wine : our definition
Vinification without oenological inputs: without added sulphites and from native yeast (naturally present on the fruit). Very low doses of sulphites are tolerated just before bottling.
This mastered technique allows us to create sincere and natural wines with a sulfite content of less than 30 mg/L. Today, this nature approach gradually extends to new vintages.
